Postdoctoral Researcher Jeffrey Chan joins Clique at DERI

Welcome to Jeffrey Chan, a new member of the Clique research cluster.

Jeffrey Jeffrey Chan joins the Clique project as a postdoctoral researcher. Jeffrey has a B. Eng in electrical engineering and a B. Sc (Honours) in computer science.  His honours thesis was on Internet worm detection using a history based approach.  In June 2009, Jeffrey passed his P.hD examination.  His P.hD topic was on finding interesting subgraphs that evolve similarly in large, dynamic graphs.  All his degrees were completed at the University of Melbourne, Australia.

 Partha's research interests are:

  • Graph analysis and mining
  • Dynamic graph analysis
  • Data Mining and Machine Learning
  • Shortest path algorithms
  • Graph matching.Graph and Data Mining (Clustering, Pattern Recognition etc.)

As part of Clique, Jeffrey will analysis and develop information and graph evolution models in large, dynamic graphs.
